The Piñon Room
The Piñon room is on the first floor of our bed and
breakfast with three windows overlooking the creek
and the mountains to the east. It has a queen sized
bed and a private bath with tub, adjacent to the room
and is perfect for that romantic weekend getaway.
This room is handicapped accessible.
Rate $85 - $165
The Juniper Room
The Juniper room is one of two rooms on the second
floor of our bed and breakfast. It has a view of Chalk
Creek and the Cliffs. This room has a queen sized
bed and shares a bathroom with a shower.

The Ponderosa Room
The Ponderosa Room of our bed and breakfast is on
the second floor and has a view of the woods to the
east. For your vacation travel, it has a cozy queen
sized bed and shares a bathroom with a shower.

Children over the age of 5 are welcome at our bed and breakfast.
Pets are not allowed unless the resident dog Jamaica,
and Stimpy the cat approve in advance.
Smoking is allowed on the deck only

can be made by calling 719.395.8034
A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required within one week.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to loss of
deposit if the room cannot be rebooked.
Cancellations made 15 days or more from arrival date will be refunded.
All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 fee.

From Buena Vista:
Take US Hwy. 24 south to Johnson Village, continue south on US Hwy. 285 for 5.5 miles. Turn right(west) onto County Road 162. Go 5.6 miles. Turn left onto County Roads 289 and 290. Continue on CR289 for 1/2 mile. Turn left onto CR289A, go 1/10th mile to my driveway. Turn left onto driveway, pass brown house with brown horse(on your right) and continue down drive.
From Salida:
Take County Road 291 (about 8 miles) to US Hwy 285. Turn right onto highway and continue 8.4 miles to County Road 162. Turn left(west) onto 162. Go 5.6 miles. Turn left onto County Roads 289 and 290. Continue on 289 for 1/2 mile. Turn left onto CR289A, go 1/10th mile to my driveway. Turn left onto driveway, pass brown house with brown horse(on your right) and continue down drive.
